Your first two months are covered by our 60-day guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact support within 60 days of your first delivery for a refund of the product price.

How to request a return

  1. Contact customer@getirongroup.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions if applicable.
  3. Once received/processed, we’ll confirm your refund to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Opened consumables may be eligible under the guarantee; otherwise, returns must follow the instructions provided by support.
